International delivery charges- NZ Postal Service
A flat delivery charge of $20NZ will be added to all International orders at checkout time. The actual postage will be calculated when the parcel is despatched, and the difference will be refunded back to the purchasing credit card.
This allows us to work in with New Zealand Post rates, and only charge you the actual costs of postage.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to , however, is unable to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind so please choose carefully.
If, however goods are faulty, will allow you to return a product for a refund or exchange for the same item (if available). Refunds will be processed through the respective credit card companies once the items are returned to us.
All returned products must be returned unused and in the same condition as sold and accompanied by the customer receipt (original or photocopy). We make every attempt to keep our site updated to show only products which are currently in stock. Occasionally we may be out of stock of an item before it is removed from the site.
